Your Cookie Preferences

You can manage optional cookies at any time using these controls.

Strictly Necessary: Always Active
Analytics: Off
Partner Advisory: Off
1. About this policy

This policy explains how StudyPower Education Financing Services ("StudyPower", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar browser technologies on https://studypower.in and our related student, partner and staff portals. It should be read with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2. What are cookies and local storage?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website.
Local storage is a browser feature that lets a website save small pieces of information on your device so it can work properly and remember your choices.

In this policy, "cookies" includes both unless we say otherwise.

3. How we use them

a) Strictly necessary cookies (always active)

Always Active

These are needed to run and protect the platform. Without them, you could not log in, submit a loan enquiry, upload documents or view your application. They are used to:

  • keep you securely signed in and verify your identity during a session;
  • protect your account and our systems against unauthorised access and misuse;
  • direct you to the correct portal (student, partner or staff);
  • link your session to your own application;
  • log you out automatically after a period of inactivity.

Because the service cannot work without them, they cannot be switched off here. Most expire when you close your browser or after a short period, and sign-in related cookies expire sooner for security reasons.

b) Functional cookies

Preferences

These remember choices you make so the platform is easier to use, for example your display theme, layout preferences, and your progress while uploading documents. They are not used to identify you outside the platform.

c) Performance and analytics cookies (optional)

Optional

If you allow them, we may use these to understand in general how the platform is used, such as which pages are visited and where errors occur, so we can improve it. They are off unless you turn them on.

d) Partner advisory communications (optional)

Optional

If you allow this, we may use your preference to send you information about education loan options and updates from us and our partner financial institutions. It is off unless you turn it on, and you can withdraw your choice at any time.

4. Third-party services

Some parts of our site load content from trusted third-party service providers, for example to display fonts and customer reviews or support badges. When your browser loads this content, these providers may receive basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, and may set their own cookies in line with their own policies.

We do not use third-party advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell, rent or trade your browsing data to advertisers or data brokers. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

5. Managing your choices
On this page: use the preference controls to switch optional cookies on or off, or reset your choices at any time. Your choices are saved on your device.
In your browser: you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox and others). If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to log in to or use the portals.
Withdrawing consent: withdrawing consent for optional cookies does not affect your use of the platform. It only applies from that point onward.
6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The version number and "Last updated" date above will change when we do, and where required we will ask you to review or accept the updated version.
